Samson Abidemi Ajayi is an astute and dynamic banker of over 16years experience with a stint with UBA PLC, Skyebank PLC (defunct) and now with Polaris Bank Limited.

He is a graduate of Industrial Chemistry, an MSc Chemistry holder, has a Diploma in Digital Currency and he is a digital marketing expert. He is also a member of many professional bodies; Chartered Institute of Banking of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria, Nigeria Institute of Management and so on.

Samson Abidemi rose to become a Business Development Manager in the banking industry in 2016. He has been involved in so many strategic business deliveries for his bank which include; conceptualizing and implementing Polaris/University of Ilorin Multipurpose ID card for over 30,000 students in a year, processing and issuing over N5.1B  BG to a multinational Poultry Farm in Oyo State and so on and available multipurpose facilities of over N3B to a Lubricant blending company in Ilorin, Kwara State.

Samson Abidemi has been involved in many charities work as a partner of A.D King Foundation in Nigeria.
